At Hyperstate Recovery, we understand how important reliable delivery is for your wellness and recovery investment. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Summary:
Standard delivery within the continental United States is free and typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii incur a $500 flat-rate shipping fee. Certain freight, made-to-order, or specialty products are excluded from standard free shipping and have delivery timelines or costs disclosed prior to purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.

In cases of delays due to high order volume, manufacturing timelines, or carrier issues outside of our control, we will contact you if any action is required.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times for in-stock, non-freight items typically range between 7–10 business days for U.S. orders, based on order processing and carrier transit times.

Made-to-order, custom, or freight-shipped equipment (including large medical devices) may require extended production and delivery timelines. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided prior to shipment or upon request.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Free standard curbside delivery is available for eligible continental U.S. orders.

Certain large, freight-shipped, or made-to-order products are excluded from standard free shipping. Applicable delivery costs and timelines are disclosed prior to purchase.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a $500 flat-rate shipping fee, unless otherwise quoted.

White Glove Delivery & Chamber Education

White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee and includes:

  • Room-of-choice delivery
  • Minor assembly as required
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Onboarding and basic operational education

Availability and pricing vary by product and location and will be confirmed prior to scheduling.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges, which are not included in product or shipping prices.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You may track your shipment at any time using the provided link.

Please note: for custom or made-to-order products, tracking information may not appear until the shipment reaches the final delivery stage.
