If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. Reporting issues within this timeframe helps us initiate carrier or manufacturer claims.
Once the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide replacement parts, repair, replacement, or (where appropriate) a refund, depending on the product and the nature of the issue.
This applies to all products, including final sale items, where defects or shipping damage are confirmed.
