What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged in transit, here’s what to do:

Inspect the package at delivery. If there is visible damage to the box or item, note it clearly when signing for the delivery.

If you can’t inspect the item immediately, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt as a precaution.

If damage is confirmed, email photos of the packaging and product to sales@hyperstaterecovery.com.
We’ll process a replacement or refund within 1 business day — no hassle, no delays.
