Return, Refund & Defective Product Policy

Summary: Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are handled separately under our Defective Product Resolution process outlined below.

At Hyperstate Recovery, we sell specialized, high-ticket wellness and recovery equipment. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing, as certain products are subject to specific return and refund limitations. Some products are final sale and not eligible for return except in the case of confirmed defects or shipping damage, as outlined below.

 


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, manufacturing, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, manufactured, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Products Only)

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Not final sale (see Section 3 below)

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • For freight or large equipment items, return freight costs can be substantial and are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee

For approved customer-initiated returns of non-defective products, a 25% restocking fee based on the product price applies.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are not processed as standard returns and are handled separately under our Defective Product Resolution process outlined in Section 4 below.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only for eligible, non-final-sale items. Certain brands and products are excluded and clearly marked as final sale on their product pages. 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be arranged.

  • Exchange availability is subject to inventory, manufacturer constraints, and a 25% restocking fee.

 


3. Final Sale Products

The following brands are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a confirmed defect or shipping damage:

  • Macy-Pan

  • OxyRevo

By purchasing products from these brands, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final unless a defect is confirmed under Section 4 below.

Final sale status is also disclosed on applicable product pages.

 


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (Defective Product Resolution)

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery, including freight shipments.

Reporting a Defect or Damage

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email sales@hyperstaterecovery.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to file carrier or manufacturer claims and could result in denial.

Resolution Process

Once the issue is verified, Hyperstate Recovery will, at its discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts at no cost, or
  • Repair or replace the affected component, or
  • Replace the chamber if deemed necessary

For confirmed defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items approved under this section:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Hyperstate Recovery

  • No restocking fee will apply

 


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of return inspection

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post refunds

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a confirmed defect or our error

 


6. Warranties

Many products sold by Hyperstate Recovery include a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by brand and are listed on each product page

  • Warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or facilitated by Hyperstate Recovery

  • Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
