Installation & Usage
Installation: The OxyRevo Heal40 is designed for straightforward installation in both professional and residential settings. The chamber arrives with the components needed for setup and typically requires standard electrical connections (configuration dependent).
The chamber requires a minimum of 2 feet of clearance space on all sides and a stable, level surface. All necessary connection components included in your package should be installed according to the user manual.
White Glove Installation Service: Available for customers who prefer end-to-end assistance, including delivery coordination, setup, system checks, and an operational walkthrough.
Maintenance Recommendations:
- Weekly: Air filter maintenance per manual; clean accessories as instructed

Warranty & Returns
Warranty
This product includes a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty effective from the date of delivery.

- Manufacturing defects affecting chamber materials, seams, zippers, valves, and core structural components
- Defects that impair normal operation when used as intended
Warranty Resolution
During the 2-Year warranty period, Hyperstate Recovery will, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts at no cost, or
- Repair or replace the affected component, or
- Replace the chamber if deemed necessary
In many cases, warranty assessment can be completed using photos or videos without requiring return of the affected part.
For confirmed defects or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Hyperstate Recovery.
After the initial 2-year warranty period, replacement parts remain available at cost plus shipping. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
OxyRevo products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a confirmed defect or shipping damage.
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any defect or damage within 48 hours so that eligibility and resolution options can be evaluated.
