Installation & Usage
Installation: The OxyRevo Elite36 is designed for straightforward installation in both professional and residential settings. Despite its advanced capabilities, the chamber arrives with everything needed for setup, requiring only standard electrical connections in most cases.
The chamber requires appropriate floor space with sufficient ceiling height for comfortable operation. All necessary connection components and tools are included in your package.
White Glove Installation Service: Available for customers who prefer end-to-end assistance, including delivery coordination, setup, system checks, and an operational walkthrough.
Maintenance Recommendations:
- Weekly: Air filter cleaning and oxygen mask sanitization
- Monthly: Compressor and cooling system inspection
- Quarterly: Complete system check and calibration
Operational Guidelines:
- No special clothing required
- No need to purchase or refill oxygen tanks (built-in concentrator provides continuous oxygen)

Warranty & Returns
Warranty
This product includes a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty effective from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects affecting chamber materials, seams, zippers, valves, and core structural components
- Defects that impair normal operation when used as intended
Warranty Resolution
During the 2-Year warranty period, Hyperstate Recovery will, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts at no cost, or
- Repair or replace the affected component, or
- Replace the chamber if deemed necessary
In many cases, warranty assessment can be completed using photos or videos without requiring return of the affected part.
For confirmed defects or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Hyperstate Recovery.
After the initial 2-year warranty period, replacement parts remain available at cost plus shipping. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
OxyRevo products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a confirmed defect or shipping damage.
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any defect or damage within 48 hours so that eligibility and resolution options can be evaluated.
