Space Requirements: The Newtowne Tent Chamber requires a flat area approximately 40" × 84" with at least 40" of overhead clearance. The freestanding design does not require wall support or permanent fixtures, making it suitable for use in various environments. Place on a flat, level surface away from direct heat sources with adequate ventilation around all sides.
Setup Process: Setup is designed to be straightforward for many users. The chamber includes setup instructions and access to online tutorial videos. Our technical support team is available by phone for assistance.
White Glove Installation Option: White Glove Delivery and Setup ($1,495) provides delivery coordination, placement, system checks, and a walkthrough (availability varies by location).
Maintenance Schedule:

This product includes a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty effective from the date of delivery.

Warranty Resolution
During the 2-Year warranty period, Hyperstate Recovery will, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts at no cost, or
- Repair or replace the affected component, or
- Replace the chamber if deemed necessary
In many cases, warranty assessment can be completed using photos or videos without requiring return of the affected part.
For confirmed defects or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Hyperstate Recovery.
After the initial 2-year warranty period, replacement parts remain available at cost plus shipping. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
