Warranty Resolution
During the 2-Year warranty period, Hyperstate Recovery will, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts at no cost, or
- Repair or replace the affected component, or
- Replace the chamber if deemed necessary
In many cases, warranty assessment can be completed using photos or videos without requiring return of the affected part.
For confirmed defects or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Hyperstate Recovery.
After the initial 2-year warranty period, replacement parts remain available at cost plus shipping. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
